The United States was eliminated from the World Cup today in a 2-1 defeat against the Black Stars (Ghana). In order for the US to advance to the second round they needed to win todays game but Ghana kicked their hopes through the net!! The Black Stars are shining!
In its first appearance in the World Cup, Ghana advances to the second round after today's victory and a previous 2-0 triumph over the Czech Republic!!
